Not sure what the point of playing him 6 minutes a game is. Either play him over Bogans or don't play him till he's ready.

Also what the hell are people talking about when they said Rose was just 'ok' tonight. He was amazing again, just in a different way.

Yes he is looking better. But 6 minutes... as you said hard to tell much.

yeah he was good for the 6 mins he was out there, had a baseline cut, nice steal, curled jumper. He looked better for sure, not anything to cheer about though.

Thibs needs to run the PF/C up to Rose faster when hes getting trapped and triple teamed at half-court. It's a little slow at the moment and can't always be dribbled out of.

I liked what I saw out of Brewer in his few minutes. Seemed alot more active and like he had his legs under him for the first time.

Brewer did look good. He kept Roy from doing anything as Bogans had before him. He got an offensive board and a three-point play on the same possession. He hit a 15 footer after clanking his first open jumper. Nice minutes from Brew Crew

If we keep Aldridge it likely means no Rose unless we end up in that 9th slot in the lottery. I think I'd rather have Rose given the choice.

Oh and Noah too.

Haha...obviously in my perfect dream scenario...we would have noah, rose and lamarcus...and no Tyrus...but I know it probably wouldnt have worked out that way. Well...lamarcus was out for the whole, or majority of his rookie season, so he probably wouldnt have affected the outcome of the following year's draft, thus it would have allowed us to draft Joakim and...haha. That being said, F it...I'm not complaining one bit with what we have!

The game was getting annoying to watch with all those fouls being called. Too many touch fouls and make up calls.

Rose took what the defense gave him and distributed the ball. Loul was aggressive early and often. He was a beast in the first half. He took his foot off the gas in the second half though. Rose found him in the corner and wing for wide open 3s and got his points that way.

Hopefully Deng got the message that he needs to play well and consistently because JJ can take his minutes. Keep it up Deng. I'd like to see him get 20+ ppg while Boozer is out. If not, Derrick will have to score 30+ to keep the Bulls in ball games.

Good win for the Bulls against a pretty good team. I want the Bulls to win 30+ games at home this season.

Bogans hasn't been mentioned yet so I'm going to give him his props. He played amazing defense on Roy for the majority of the time he was defending him. Roy scored most of his points when he was fouled from either JJ or other players.

He stuck on him like a bad smell, kept his body on him and basically made Roy invisible for the first half of the game.
Why so serious?

He literally credited Wade and Kobe for that. For about the first year and a half he would get hacked and not get calls. Then, mysteriously after his first all star game, he started doing it and getting a lot more calls. It's annoying, I agree. I hate it when anyone does it. But it works. It's like those stupid KD / Paul Pierce offensive flops that get them to the line when they weren't really trying to shoot the ball in to the basket, but if the refs fall for it, I guess it's "smart" to exploit it.
Thank you for all the memories BRoy. You were a class act and brought hope to an entire region for 5 years. You will be missed.

Damn, Deng shat on all his haters parade. All the people who overreacted because of two games (admittedly, I may be overreacting), but Deng is gonna get his 15-20 points a game. He just happened to have a few bad games to start out the season.

Gordon's is .788 on the season. :P

Honestly, Luol played great. We just need less highs and lows and more consistency from him from now on.

That's crazy. I'm happy for Gordon, still can't believe he's getting so little minutes.

Gawd I hate the expressions Paul Pierce makes. I think he rehearses them.

Regardless, elite players whine, because that's what NBA refs force them to do. If they don't, they get criticized for low efficiency and poor free throw counts.

Honestly, do you see Rose doing what all these so called elite players(floppers) do on a consistent basis to get to the line? I honestly don't.

We would have gotten Noah no matter what considering we had the Knicks lottery pick that year! Remember we swapped picks with them for the Curry trade?

Kind of what I was thinking. If he's healthy enough to be out there then he needs to get all of Bogans minutes or atleast the vast majority of his 16 minutes. Doesn't make much sense to only play him 6 minutes.

Someone put Rose's box scores from last night and tonight next to each other on Wikipedia under the entry for "Definition of Versatile Offensive Weapon."

Gibson needs to rebound.

Anyone dissing on Noah's game wasn't watching him.

Omer is legit --- Very importantly he isn't letting these "Welcome to the NBA, you freaky Turkish giant." calls get to him. He is sticking to his guns, beasting on the blocks and taking the charges. A season of this, and the BS block calls will start going his way more often. Having a legit backup center on a peanuts contract who is pretty young is huge for us, not to mention the twin towers Noah+Omer look.

If we get a legit SG, and somehow finagle a finals appearance, LA won't tower over us in the paint.

Teams have to game plan for two different Rose's -- One that stabs you with his thorns, the other that makes his garden smell better with.... Metaphor is failing, but you get the idea.
