By the way, why hasn't BJ43 admonished this entire board for having only 4 pages of a post game thread after a triple double by Noah?

Because I'm at work and hadn't had a chance to post until now. And maybe because almost every player played well today all the negative posts havent been made, which account for at minimum 5 pages in a win.
Don't call me out next time, just put me on ignore if you don't like what I have to say

My only complaint is Deng playing deep into the 4th quarter with a 20 pt lead. Give Jimmy B some clock Thibs. I know he eventually did, but I would just hate to see Luol get injured when he shouldn't even be out there.
Awesome game by Joakim. Happy that he has turned it around after his slow start.
Happy All-Star break. Go Bulls!

One of the more interesting developments this season, is in this teams ability to demolish other clubs. I don't remember seeing this in past seasons.

After having to look in the mirror every day, that guy looks neither super OLD, or Crisp to me, I'll probably look just like him in another 20 years.

In the past, I used to love blowouts. But have to admight there starting to get boring, and I find myself not paying as close attention to the games. Games like this are starting to become backround entertainment while I attend to other chores.

Only five pages? Are we, as a collective fan base, finally starting to calm down?

I have a complaint..our home fans suck! That pic of Jo says it all. Cheer mother f'ers!
N Deng probably didn't have to play the 4th at all, I've never complained about the minutes thing but that was a little annoying. (Bucks announcers were questioning it, although, they thought he might have been playing for conditioning, lol..also, everything we did the Bucks announcers were in love with it, if u didn't know any better u would have thought the Bucks announcers were Bulls announcers.)

Haha Jo definitely didn't hit a 3. That baseline shot was like an 18 footer.

Honestly, I don't think they will think twice at all. I think they will simply keep doing it and force Jo to beat them. He's a great passer for a center, but whether he can do it against top defenses, they will probably take the chance. Joakim Noah as our much discussed 2nd creator is going to be tough.
This is a good point. However, with Jo and Booze passing the ball the way the are right now, I can see the team getting a little shot creation from everyone. Deng has shown great playmaking ability lately, we saw Jo tonight creating for everyone. When (and if) Rip ever comes back healthy, I think we have enough to get it done against elite defense. Nobody is faster than the ball. But, i agree, Noah as the sole relief valve won't get it done. Rip and Deng and Jo are a pretty solid arsenal to compliment Derrick.
I am so happy and thrilled to see the outstanding chemistry between Boozer and Noah developing. i wasn't sure it would ever happen.. It's been what we all envisioned it could be. The interior passing is a thing of beauty. I'll go as far as saying we have the two best passing 4 and 5 tandem in the league. This is like my third positive Boozer post in a week. Have to give credit where it's due. Boozer has also been giving much better effort on D, as well....and he even dunked tonight with authorit-ay. More please.

^ Sounds like you want a ticket to the Booze Cruise!

Here's Carlos's shot chart tonight. Doing work in the paint, this is how you go 9/12.
Only 4 long jumpers, hit 2 of them, but much better to finish all these plays from his teammates inside.

That's where Rip can come into play too. Let's hope that he can stay healthy to go along with the rest of the team and we can get rolling.
+1
All excellent points.
In this game both Rip and CJ were out. And the worst fear for a team that is trapping is to leave great "finishers" (Booz inside, Rip for the midrange and CJ for 3s) wide open. But when you have a scrambling defense you also have to have great ball movement to find those open players so Noah becomes key.
