GT: Bulls@Trailblazers; CSN, PM, 11/22

Post#1 » by MalcolmXing » Fri Nov 22, 2013 7:18 am

Lets get this ship right.

Great half by Rose & hopefully against Lillard, a kid that's been playing well he can show up because right after he plays another good PG.

I think he'll play a great game going against a kid that very obviously admires Rose & plays hard. Blazers are looking good but I think we pull this out by double digits if we win. Aldridge will give the Bulls fits offensively which may open it up for the rest.

Expect a big game from Lu & if we can hit our jumpers we can win.

LMA showcase game.

Seems like we don't play well vs this team in Portland either, just like @ Denver.

Just don't get run out of the Rose Garden. It can happen.

I'm sensing a loss, these road trips might turn out to be really brutal for this team. I hate to see the end result if we keep playing bad like the last game.

Yep, Blazers are not content with their 10-2 start. Time to blow it up :D .

The Blazers have one of the most cohesive starting units in the league. Thankfully for us, their bench is poor just like ours.

We can win this game.

this being the internet, and people you know but don't really know being capable of all sorts of unseemly things you wouldn't see coming...I hope the duck part is not true. If it's true get ahold of yourself man. If it was just an attack on our own Duck(III), then good. Hes been flying high now for awhile. He was killed figuratively, we can "live" with that. Word of warning...he always comes back.

it seems like usually our internet trade pieces always make us look silly for worrying about giving up. And the targets always destroy them head to head. Heres to hoping McGowan Olshey and Allen aren't throwing their heads back in laughter after this game.

Well it was oddly both..he attacked me by throwing at least 4 ducks at me(cliche as hell), sadly 1 passed on during my self defense which ended with Duck III biting me.

It was an all around odd situation and we did cry simultaneously at one point maybe.

Look I don't want to talk about it!!!

But for sake of someone by some insane chance thinking I killed a duck..I'm a non weed smoking peaceful guy don't worry lol.

Batum has been playing pretty well. Should be an interesting matchup vs. Deng.
Lillard is looking the same as last year, a guy who shoots a lot and doesn't defend.
LMA can really hurt us since our D is based on allowing the pick and pop long 2.

Oh no no offense to weed smokers, it's actually the opposite people who say they're peaceful or peace loving are assumed to smoke weed which is why I always say I don't smoke but hope I didn't sound ignorant.

Portland has a real center now. Not a great one, but legit size in Lopez.

Not sure we can get away with playing Noah on Aldridge as well as we used to. But either way, Boozer better have a lot more to bring in this one.

Robinson & Freeland are proving to be capable reserves as well. They didn't have those guys playing like this last season.

I really like this Portland team. They have a nice blend of youth and mature bodies and play a good team brand of basketball.

They can put points on in a hurry.

Wes Matthews is the man to watch. He really hurt us last season. 69 TS% in our 2 games against them last season.

Their bench got better this season. Mo Williams is legit PG backup, Dorell Wright is a guy who can make something. I really belived in TRob but it seems like he have problems with structured basketball and knowing schemes. McCollum might turn into a decent player when he comes back.

Portland's defense is improved from one of the league's worst, but is still poor enough that we should be able to easily exploit it. I see this as a win for us.

Oh, like that is a really hard one. Going out on a big limb there.

Geez, just going for the low hanging fruit.

But I'll go for even lower fruit. "After the game concludes I'm sure we will see many posts saying we should have traded Noah for Aldridge."

So there.
