Should've been Patric Young.

Great draft.
Derrick Rose will do 1 of 2 things in the 2014-2015 NBA Season: 1) Return to MVP form and prove you wrong, or 2) Fail to return to MVP form and prove me wrong. Either way, one of us will end up looking like an ***hole.

@KCJHoop: Bulls take PF Cameron Bairstow in 2nd round. Played with Tony Snell in college.

Shabazz approves

The two-time national champion Napier was asked, “Shabazz, was there a guy you worked out with or even against that caught you by surprise that you didn’t realize maybe that this guy was that good? Someone that could go in the first round as well.”

Shabazz initially answered by saying he didn’t feel there were many surprises in his pre-draft workouts among fellow guards, but did say there were “big guys” who surprised him. Asked by Russillo to elaborate, Napier singled out Bairstow.

“The big guy that stood out to me the most was Cameron Bairstow. He was definitely talented. He was big. The other big guys playing up against him, it was kind of tough. They weren’t as big as he was. I wouldn’t say dominating, but he was definitely getting his fair share.”

Being foreign makes it okay. Only white guys from the U.S. are destined to be busts.

Oh noes not again! Following in the tradition of unathletic white 4 year college players and the hatred we must have for white people. Jk. Who gives an eff. I'm happy for this kid, although he might have trouble making the team.

Good pick up.

Anybody who has been following ManualRam in the prospects thread, knows Bairstow's a good pick up.'

He'll follow in the grand tradition of bench warmers who step in late in the 4th quarter in games at the UC where the crowd goes wild everytime he touches the ball. While he'll never be Scalabrine, he should be better than Erik Murphy.
