It's not really clear whether we'll be seeing actual 5v5 practice or just footage of drills, along with interviews and commentary. They'll be showing a scrimmage on Friday night though.

The practice this Tuesday is listed as live and the exhibition Friday at midnight looks to be pre-recorded (possibly from earlier in the day?). As for the practice, I don't know what to expect. It might be like the training camp sessions they show on NBA TV. I remember the Heat squad playing scrimmage games in the first Big Three televised practice.

Team USA practice actually starts tomorrow, so I'm sure we'll see a write-up by the end of the day giving some insight. But, yes, if all goes as planned, we should see Derrick, live on TV, in HD, playing basketball at some level.

Yes he plays hard but he is so overrated.

IMO he is just very selective of who gets to see his true personality. He isnt so stone face and dull when he is in a comfortable setting. example from 2011...

I couldn't care less what he looks like (just don't go full Rodman or Bird Man on us), as long as he just stays healthy and gets back to mvp mode.
