I've seriously never heard of this guy. Where did he play college ball?

I'm assuming they signed him because they need another camp body with D-Rose out.

But that begs the question, why do they even need another camp body? Even with Rose & MDJ out don't they already have more enough guys to play 5-on-5?

ETA - I just looked him up. He played at the University of Missouri for 2 years. But his last year was 2007-08. He was born in 1985, so he's already 30 years old.

He's from the town where Shaq grew up in the movie Blue Chips. He's going to be breaking backboards.

Probably just wanted a defensive dog to work the guards during training camp.

With what money should the Bulls bring in this "one good backup PG"? They couldn't. Hence why Aaron Brooks is back on a 1-year deal.

And yes, they are "trash ones" on camp deals, because that's usually what camp deals are. Low risk, high reward. IF anyone can play, they'll keep them. If not, they send them home. There's a reason every team gets 5 camp slots.

The money Charlotte gave Jeremy Lin for a similar role on a worse team.

I know nothing about him, but those are some **** stats.

Seems like another Ben Wallace signing - former DPOY whose career goes downhill.

Jeremy Lin is not good. And he got more than 1 year. Something the Bulls didn't have to offer.

He's better than Aaron Brooks and Kirk Hinrich -- with some upside to boot. And of course the Bulls could've offered multiple years. Huh?

Hannah played at Mizzou for a year or two. I'm a Mizzou alum and what I can remember about him was that he was small and quick, had handles and played a street ball type of game. I don't recall him being a pure point PG, but rather a score-first PG. We were pretty excited about him at first, but the team he was on wasn't good, and I want to say he transferred or quit school or something. He wasn't really a system type of player. More of an iso-scorer type.

The best part about threads announcing bulls signing random no name guys is the hilarious reactions that follow.

Championship indeed!
