You first have to show us what it is... it must be formally submitted and reviewed by a committee and be voted upon... then it goes to the mods for approval. Good luck.

go to your user control panel
go to the profile tab -> edit avatar
get an image that is smaller than 100px * 100px
upload it to a place like http://imgur.com/
paste the direct link to the image in the "link off-site" field back on realgm
hit submit
