Buehrle hurt

Our other 2 starters sucked it up, and he got banged up on a line drive in the second inning. I'm guessing he misses his next start as well. Those young kids are going to have to come up sooner then we thought.

Would it be an overstatement to say that I'm starting to get concerned about our starting pitching 3 games into the season?

I was concerned about our starting pitching 3 weeks ago.
I think some of those long relievers will be starting for us soon.

I'm not a big Buehrle fan. I think Gio eventually will turn into a better pitcher than him.

Still up in the air. His X-rays came back negative and all he has is a "bad bruise." There was talks of starting Nick Massett for his next start but it was only a rumor. I'll imagine he'll pitch otherwise we would have heard more about it.
