In 2011 draft the Cavs sent Justin Harper (32nd pick) to Orlando for 2 future 2nds. This is one of them.

I can't imagine that the Cavs will make all 4 picks, unless they stash 2 of them. Otherwise, trades for future picks to balance out, trade ups, or trades for veterans would make sense. Also, you could be positioned nicely if a star demands a trade this offseason. Any combo of Varejao, young players, picks, and/or cap space would make a great start to an offer.

Too bad varejao's value is pretty low again...

Well, Cavs don't need four more rookies so I expect a lot of trade talk. Maybe they'll trade the mid 1st and two early 2nds for Zeller for the 2nd year in a row.

Glad we could help....not like we haven't jump started franchises every once in awhile ! Memphis wouldn't be what they are today without that Gasol trade, no matter how you look at being fair or not. It gave them cap space to sign Z-Bo and have money for Mark and Conley.

The Cavs will be OK, just hope your GM can fully evaluate what's out there as far as your needs.

Oh and on top of that the Orlando 2nd rounder is going to be the 1st pick in the 2nd round! Lots of ammo this offseason!

Yea good ole Otis Smith, trading 2 2nd rounders for a guy that as far as I know doesn't even play in the NBA anymore. We'll swap you picks this year, 1st for the 4th and we get our 2nd rounder back. What do ya say?

If the lottery works out that way then Im positive the Cavs would make that trade.

I am still amused that Laker fans are blaming Brown for their teams ineptitude. Had they actually played defense like Brown wanted they'd have been a much better team than they turned out to be. He's not a perfect coach by any stretch, but he knows defense and the Lakers needed that more than anything else.
