You would think that the coach knows Love is coming back no matter what cause he is using him as a spot up 3pt shooter primarily when Love is a great post player and mid range game. I think they are begging Love to leave. If you wanted a spot up shooter you should have gotten a cheaper one.

I really would be shocked if Love resigns IF this is going to be how he will be used (even if paid).

Yes. If Triston were a good defender this would be a tougher call. But he's not so it isn't.

I just want to thank the Basketball Gods that the Cavs blew off that Wiggins asset..Otherwise, I really dont think anybody could seriously compete with Cleveland for next half decade.

Acquiring Kevin Love was a total waste

I find it funny how people are coming to this thread to troll. Love is dealing with back issues and he'll most likely be a champion.

How is it a total waste? He's dealing with back issues and he impacts the game in other ways besides scoring. His defense has improved, without him Kyrie & LeBron can't drive to the paint and our rebounding is terrible without him. Go troll somewhere else

Bosh a similar player to that of Love told everyone before the start of the season that Love would struggle. It's difficult playing as a PF with a LeBron led offence. Bosh stepped it up in the playoffs though, which Love will be expected to as well when LeBron will be pressured to pass the ball more.

The Cavs feed Mozgov and Tristan in the post pretty dang often, there's no reason to believe that they wouldn't do the same with Love. I think Love just likes to head to the 3 point line but if he moves without the ball he will be found.

Love with his typical 9-3-2 (-1 +/-) in a game the cavs won by 18 on the road

Like I said..A total waste of that fantastic asset.

Love does get shots in the post and on the low block and he pretty much front rims all his short jumpers and jump hooks. This has never been a problem for him so i can only assume its his back and problem with elevation.

Whatever the reason though it is worrying coming into the post season because its really something that would really help this team in the playoffs.

If Cavs are down in a playoff series they should go to the Kevin Love plan. Let Love do what he wants on offense. They should try to integrate Love more so it isn't new deep in playoffs.

Sorry to say this. This is not trolling as I love my Cleveland sports teams but Kevin Love is gone, championship or naught. I knew it was a mistake the minute this trade was even fabricated.
