Game 41: Cavs at LA Clippers 10:30 EST, ESPN FSO

Post#1 » by King Stannis » Sat Jan 17, 2015 2:19 am

The Cavaliers look to leave the Staples Center winners on the second night of a double-dip. The Cavs, led by LeBron James, narrowly averted a loss to the Lakers on Thursday night. All eyes will be on James and David Blatt....

Carried by the muckraking rumor mongers at ESPN and Fox Sports Ohio.

Keys to the Game:

1. LeBron not in rebellion.
2. Defense.
3. Kyrie Irving engaged and playing smart.
4. Defense.
5. Bench production.
Bend the knee.

Big elephant in the room..... How well the Cavs play without Kevin Love.

Did we just see LBJ trying out the PF spot? Wouldn't be shocked if he moved here. I will be surprised if Love is still on the roster after the trade deadline.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

Love and $2M in salary (doesn't particularly matter who) for Melo. Who says no?
