Getting the short end of the stick both ways lol

If you're within 60 miles of the broadcast tower, you might be able to get a signal with a proper long range antenna and some luck with obstacles and signal propagation. There are web sites that can check the signal path for you, recommend an antenna that might work, and tell you which way to point it. Signal quality usually improves at night, clouds/rain can help, and the lower the frequency (which is not always indicated by the channel number) the better.
I live like 200 miles away, so no dice.

I still think it's cool to offer games for free, just wish i could watch them.

The stats are helpful, but a lot of what I am commenting on relates to the eye test. He started showing us that Euro step earlier this year, and things just look like they are slowing down for him, and in turn, his confidence level seems to be on the rise.

Isaac's showing he's worth holding on to, but unless some team is desperate for defensive help or are willing to spend to change their chemistry - he may not even get an MLE offer.

what do you mean by legitimate player?

this year, Okoro has been one of the more valuable role players in the league with his increased volume and efficiency on threes and his ever-present defense

its a little scary for the contract implications this off-season

If Okoro maintained his current play, I agree that he would/should be viewed as a legit 3 and D player leaguewide. With how confident he has looked lately, it makes me wonder how much further he can take his game. I am not saying he will get to the same level by any means, but I am starting to get Jimmy Butler/Kawhi vibes from a development perspective.

Your last comment scares me as well, how many teams will covet a 23 year old athletic wing with defensive versatility who can knock down 3s with solid efficiency, while also being to create for himself and others a bit...

I know I've been apprehensive about Okoro's development in the past (especially with the three-ball) so I am open to his role growing. Last game, we saw him come off a PNR and hit a middie with time left in the shot clock (it was just one, but I was watching w my parents and stood up when he shot it lmao)

I am unsure if he can touch the Butler/Kawhi levels, but even if he just fills out as a 3&D guy he'll me immensely valuable to the team

I kind of feel like Okoro's summer could play out similar to Sexton's RFA.

Who knows, but I suspect the divide was wider between Collin and the Cavs. Isaac may have more value to the Cavs, then any other team. His improved performance this year means he won't have to fight for someone to offer him the taxpayer MLE, but he's still a big leap from a Jimmy/Kawhi and there's little evidence that ramping up his usage would get him there. Anyone can see he's a very good defender, but his on/off numbers while ok do not pop.

I guess I'm just expecting Isaac and his agent to be more realistic once they hit free-agency and can gauge interest and offers.

Unlike Sexton, Okoro is an archetype that everyone needs more of. Dillon Brooks just got $20m a year.

Nothing we can do if a team decides to get to the salary cap minimum by handing Isaac a wad of money like Houston did with VanVleet and Brooks.

Wow, didn't see that coming but I'll take it. There is the enforcer people wanted.

I also wonder if the Morris signing means Mobley's ankle will take longer to heal.

His value will be closely tied to his playoff performance, but I'll be surprised if he gets as much as Sexton. His confidence demons resurfaced a bit after Thibs left him unguarded and he went 0-5 in the second half against the Knicks. He's passing on open looks and forcing action inside when it's not there. Also, the body of work that both he and LeVert put together with Mitchell and/or Strus out was pretty underwhelming. We played some bad teams during that stretch and both guys struggled.

I hope it means we intend on helping the officials find their whistles when other teams get really physical with us and they let it go.

I think it's mostly a statement that after seeing Pete Nance and Isaiah Mobley get some minutes at the 4, we realized that that can't happen in the playoffs.

He is taking 4.67 threes per game and shooting 39% on them since the Knicks game, still well within the range of where we want him to be. Everyone passes up shots when they don't get a clean look.

I knew you would like the signing for that reason. He's not afraid to mix it up.

I will feel better once the Cavs announce it, so its official.

Looks like the Morris contract is only a 10 day, per Shams.

Crazy to think the Cavs are Morris' 4th team this season.
