They should cut to a shot of Melvin on the phone booking Wooten's flight back to AAA.

It's weird to be so down on a 11-4(soon to be 11-5) team, but I am not confident at all right now.

Someone explain to me why rob Wooten was even thought about in that situation.

Cause our manager is a (Please Use More Appropriate Word) and our offence is inconsistently bad.

Hope they can salvage at least a split this weekend, otherwise it may be a long 3 days.

I'm not too concerned. Wang and Wooten aren't even supposed to be on the rooster. The offense is always going to be inconsistent because they have so many free-swingers; this is nothing new around here. When it's all said and done and all the ups and downs are averaged out, they will rank as an above average offense by the time they year's out. I think the starting pitching was underrated to start the year and will continue to excel. It's good to see Gallardo performing because he was the one guy I was really worried about. It's a solid, balanced team with a few stars.

Roenicke sucks but that's nothing we didn't know. I'm also not a big fan of steal attempts unless it's an obvious situation or the guy is a true speedster. I like aggressive base-running but they could stand to choose their spots a little better.

Biggest concern is continued base-running idiocy, impatience at the plate, and lack of a good left-handed bat. But we knew about all those things. The first two problems have an upside because they go hand-in-hand with aggressiveness, and the last problem could be solved with a good trade. Not jumping ship because of one 11-2 loss.
Wut we've got here is... faaailure... to communakate.

If they're in it at the deadline, a LH bat (I can only imagine it at 1B or MAYBE LF if Davis continues to struggle) is paramount. The 3 they have are all sub-par hitters in Overbay, Schafer, and Gennett. None of them are atrociously bad like Weeks has been post-injuries/decline but none of them are very special or even OK, even against all righties.
