I'd give anything for just one series win over these bastards. But I'm sure baseball greats like Schumaker will kill us. Going to be nice not having to worry about Phillips killing us though, since he always does.

I didn't realize Bruce isn't playing for them tonight (in addition to their injuries), if we don't win this game it'll be pathetic

Yeah he really shouldn't have slowed down and then started again, but it all worked out. That combined with the run he saved on that high chopper hes having a hell of an inning.

Hope Scooter isn't falling in love with the long ball. His swing is starting to look a little upper-cuttish to me.

I wonder if it has to do with his quad injury at all? That may be the reason hes swinging different if he is, but it didn't really look like it to me.

Great to see Braun pulling the ball. This is the Year of the Thumb in the NL Central. Maybe Braun's thumb is getting better while Molina and Phillips are on the sidelines sucking theirs.
