Sign Hughes to a contract extension!

Twins signed Phil to a 3 year 42 million extension. So, he has 5 years and 58 million left.

What do you guys think?

Seems premature. I guess it will look good if he keeps pitching at the same level or higher.

Yeah, it would have been nice to wait but if he pitched like he did last year. It would have costed a lot more and that would have been tougher.
