the thing is if they can just get 1 game. They have already seen Chris Young which is an advantage so game 4 we have the advantage with them having a bunch of lefties and they haven't seen Matz yet.

I say f*ck the scouting report. Have Thor throw 99-100 and see if the Royals can hit that. We are being to cute and pitching to there weakness rather then our strength.

Agreed. Thor has to be Thor and pitch his game but be smart.

I know this will never happen and it's an unpopular thing to say, but if Uribe is healthy, I'd play him at 3B and sit Wright for a game.

I think a lot of people would. But you can't do that to David Wright. Its the first home game he is playing in WS. He will be out there at this point.

Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is!

I can see it happening in Game 4 unless Wright shows something as a third baseman in Game 3.

It isn't just his hitting. Lot of his throws to first look like they are barely getting there.

It's not just about doing what gets your team the wins, but it may be seriously be bad for his back. There's no way his back was ready for this kind of postseason.

I stopped watching after the Jays got beat, but the Royals are just in the zone. They hit their stride at the exact right time.

umps have been giving the royals everything this series. They give there guys corners and our guys nothing.

I thought that was the case because they were home but looks like it is starting for us in game 3. Flat out joke. Call the game the right way

Hmmmm... I don't like the 2-3-2 arrangement in the series, it gives the team that has home advantage even more of an advantage...glad the NBA went away from it.
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.

I thought they went back to 2-2-1-1-1

Thor pitched a great game. He backups up that old quote "be yourself". Word.

Challenged the **** out of those KC hitters. Didn't go to plan B. Just went up in there and was like "hit this ****, mther fcker".

He would've had a Zero ERA if he could field, his defense could field, and the umpire wasn't drunk.

That's my dude!

Exciting ballgame. Happy for Wright. Tie it up with the quickness and take away the pain of our blowout in DC.

this tweet sums it up. Our team is young but is not going to be bullied. I have so much hope for the next 10 yrs with the Mets as long as they stay healthy
