Former NY Yankee Ted Lilly tells a story but we really know how Canadians fight...

Pitiful how all the Canadians tried to gang up on the Rock but FAILED to subdue the Samoan-American Samson of legend and University of Miami product. Edge, Christian, Chris Benoit...while Bret Hart was playing with himself in his parents' basement.

Just another demonstration of American superiority over Canadia.

I will admit to one thing, the Toronto team traded for some really good lads. So good that John Gibbons who managed a Tim Hortons inbetween MLB stints doesn't look like a complete buffoon.

*flicks toothpick at Toronto fans*

WWE Promos aside, the NY Yankees really have no one but their own ineptness on offense to blame for losing first place in the AL East. They lost 6 of seven games and blew a lead within 10 games. They should be grateful, they're only 0.5 games out.

In the second half, pitching takes over. You can see it as the Yanks' hitting has gone south. Right now, I don't know if this Yankee rotation is good enough to get the job done. They're mostly 5-6 inning pitching with a bullpen that has to be perfect every time out.

Ivan Nova is pitching for his future. He's really a #5 pitcher or a really good middle relief/emergency starter like Mendoza. He'll need to match David Price for zeros IF the Yankee bats don't wake up.

After owning the Yanks for seven innings, Carlos Beltran hits a homer and the Yanks pull ahead 4-3!!!! Can the pin stripes close?

Tex CRUSHES a home run in the 6th and breaks the tie 2-1 Yanks in the top of the Sixth.

Yanks couldn't sweep the Jays. Serevino put in a quality start but the 3 run third was enough.
