No more Powell for Sabonis... I'm sorry my friend.

Kyrie maked the push in the third and the team finish the job, Luka was injuried so good to see him on the bench in 4th.
PJ is awesome and our Cs make their job every night.

Next game at Sacto will be more tough.

He hits a few shots in garbage time but he hit some in the first half when the game was close.

People forget he was a leading 6th man of the year candidate until about a month ago when he hit his slump. We just have too many whimps on this board who bash everyone for everything immediately. THJ definitely needed his playing time reduced and not shoot 1/11 but he's been very productive for most of this season really if we're factual for a minute. Glad he's had 2 great games in a row now, we're a different team when he can give an efficient scoring punch for the 2nd unit.

Massive win in every way. I think this once again shows that with 2 legit Cs and a good defensive wing who can actually create offense we finally have the framework for Luka and Ky to cook in.
Another game of holding the opponent to under 100 points btw - and under 40% fg - and outrebounded them too.

Impossible, Nets want 3/4 FRPs... By the way with him we are #1 seed with margin.

Mavs starting centers last year, Dwight Powell and Javale McGee, battled it out in garbage time, Dwight Powell beat Shaqtin' again.

Great win!

People keep saying that the Mavs have an easy schedule. Let’s not forget that they play twice the two teams that have the most to lose right now (Warriors and Rockets). They will be desperate which is very dangerous.

Imagine what this team could do with an actual head coach

Sure, but look at Suns schedule. ;)

They are playing 10 teams with better record. SOS 0.645.

Awesome win. Wish i could see it, but after a full day at work and church, the Bucks-Lakers 2OT was all this old man could handle.

Next one will be especially tough given 2 straight against them and this wasnt very close. Hopefuly for a win, but wont be easy at all. Hopefully they dont take the foot off the pedal.

If PJ is hitting shots, team is something else. Lively should have nearly double the minutes of Maxi.

Gaff, PJ and DJJ in the starting lineup was such a W move from Kidd. I just wish the same lineup would finish games instead of Maxi and THJ.

We also need to remember the Mavs have a tendency to play down to their opponents, so hoping they always keep it in high gear.

Mavs have 2nd best D in last 10 games. Good D enables you to win even when you're shooting poorly. That's why bad losses are much rarer, if you can defend. Mavs are different team now.

I liked what Kidd did lately... Good rotation, better players on the court, no experiments, no small ball and let Doncic&Kyrie led the team.

He will never be a great coach probably and i don't expect miracles from him, if he doesn't make mistake it's already a success and i'm ok.

Why though? Luka played 41 mins and you want to outrun the team who wants teams to run with them? That's completely the opposite of what you want to do in tough games. Play at your own pace, slow it down and let Luka kill them in half court. More pace = more running and less chance to set up the defenses. Kings are not exactly known for a great half court defense, so running with them makes no sense.

Great win last night. And we played kinda quick. 18 fast break points.

If we are so good defensively, shoot 3 ball so well, with fastbreak + rebounding/rim presense + normal Luka/Kyrie. We are good to compete with any team in the league.
