Here we go. Mavs have been so focused since losing game 5 to Blazers. I think they keep the focus and win tonight to extend their road winning streak.

Pretend you're down 10 points because that's the difference at the FT line against Miami, limit turnovers and a third scorer is crucial to help out Dirk and Jet.

Lebron and Wade will murder us on the line. Christina Bosh needs to be shut down.

Just play hard on defense and do not turn the ball over, then we may have a shot.

Seriously I think Key Matchup will be LBJ vs Barea.

It gives Barea more freedom as PG, and smaller defenders to JET. JET will be revived for it.

With same reason I wanna see Barea while Wade plays at point too.

So, Im totally fine to give Barea even 36min this series, if Spoelstra will repeat same big misstake by Phil. If Spoelstra uses same strategy by Brooks, I dont wanna see him even 1min.

He might not be THAT wrong. If Spoulstra really puts LBJ on JJ as he announced I think this will be a hell of a waste for MIA that we need to take advantage of.

Agreed.

Shawn Marion could be one of our key players this series. I don't think the Heat will pay much attention to him, as they will focus on Dirk, Terry and apparently Barea. Marion was already huge offensively against the Blazers and the Thunder, and he might be an even bigger factor in the Finals.

Anyway, I'm so excited that I probably won't even sleep tonight (I live in Europe). It's now or never for the Mavs. If they play like they have played ever since that meltdown against the Blazers, they might make a miracle come true.

Starting to get realy nervous....have the feeling, that the best chance to win a game in Miamin will be the first game. Second best the second game.

Will not be posting during the game, so good luck everybody. I am not nervous, which is a good feeling. Do I expect to win the trophy? Nope. Maybe that is what is taking the edge off for me. I am old and therefore a realist. But hey, stranger things have happened. My wife is still with me after 27 years. :lol:
