Disappointing no one has the thread started despite our backs against the wall.

Aminu in the starting lineup should work well defending Harden.

Just need to take care of the ball, sloppy going early...

So bumped out man, not at all from the Rondo situation, this Parsons injury really screwed up our season. With Parsons healthy and possibly wanting to prove something against the Rockets this would have been a competitive series.

Al Mother****ing Farooq Aminu! Killing it from down town tonight. He'll be getting a payday no doubt. Trade Parsons for a PG and keep Al is our starter...

I thought tradition was it would be made on the day of the game? Anyway, slept in today so I only caught up at the tail end of the first quarter.

Just felt there had been many distractions with the team. JJ definitely showing us why we hate him in the regular season but love him in the playoffs vs any guards, any defense.

Monta hasn't been settling for too many jumpers, he's been attacking, so that always bodes well. We were able to pull ahead because of defense and rebounds although it looked like it was going to be a back and forth scoring fest in the late 2nd.

And LOL at us having to flop just to get the official's attention.

Maybe we were still devasted by that last loss to really get things moving. I know I was. But yeah, I came in late to the game and the thread.

I really like that Aminu started and the energy of the team even when we were tossing away the ball back to Rockets possession had been there all game. I mean, it's pride at this point.

Lots of energy tonight. We destroyed them on the boards. Nice to see Ellis back to his pre-Rondo form. One has to wonder what could have been if we would have not traded for Rondo. He just wasn't a fit for the offense of this team.

Great game, man! This is the Mavs team that we love. We spell a lot of toughness tonight. It's still a bizzare night when I look at the boxscore, we shoot poorly at everything but we win in a big way. I hope we take it a game at a time and make history.
