CP25 is averaging like 4ppg so far. He will probably go off for 35 points against us just out of revenge. Then he will probably disappear again.
Vince Carter is great this season for a 40 year old. I'd would have never thought he would be healthier than Dirk at this point.

I'm thinking Mavs lose this pretty big like 110-85ish. At this point every loss is a is a win for the Mavs and lotto chances.

Parsons is still getting back from injury - like last year - there's no way he scores 30. This Parsons thing is so overblown. I hope the guy isn't booed, because that would be slightly embarrassing.

Unsurprisingly the Grizzlies are again one of the teams with the slowest pace in the league. This should be a low scoring game. Probably 92-83 to Memphis or something like that. The Mavs are overmatched, no PG, Zach Randolph off the bench, Grizzlies off two great wins. I'll be hoping that Bogut plays with a bit more fire and doesn't pick up cheap fouls.

We will have time to fully be invested in a tanking mentality. That time isn't now for me. I want these guys to play well, win games and this one and Saturday are better chances than what's after... SA 2x, Clippers and Cavs.

Parsons sucks, but Vince Carter has been drinking from the fountain of youth and Conley will likely shred our PG (whoever that may be). They tore apart the Clips on Wednesday... No reason to think tonight should be any different.

Conley and Parsons owe Cuban a nice dinner for getting them paid top dollar.

Way too many injuries on the Mavs. Their chances are very slim tonight.

Conley was getting his money regardless. And Dallas actually would have hurt Parsons' value if anything when a guy presumed that tight to Cuban and such a big part of the organization didn't even get an offer from us. That should have concerned teams about his knees a great deal. But we know at least Portland and Memphis were willing to max him and I'd be stunned if Orlando didn't at least make a phone call.

Interesting to hear from Chandler now claiming he would have taken "a lot less" to stay in Dallas. I'm gonna say I don't buy that one bit.

Of course he will say that in hindsight but we all know that's a BS statement.. the only reason he would've stayed is if Cuban gave him the type of influence in personnel decisions like Dirk has had for the past 10 years, which would have been a dangerous investment. His first contract was a bad investment simply because he was supposed to help bring in big fish Free Agents while ascending into a possible leader role at the same time but he was unable to do either of those things in the slightest. I don't think anyone here was disappointed that Cuban decided not to make that mistake twice

Maybe we should let the DLeague teams suit up and play each other instead.

If the sellout streak goes beyond tonight, then that's just unreal. It's basically Harrison Barnes and friends vs Mark Gasol and friends

The Grizzlies will play all their main guys. Parsons even said that he played less minutes against the Clippers, so he'd play more minutes tonight.

Heezzi: be careful with those reports. I assume that must have been based on practice on the 17th (looking at the date).
