Lively is on crutches.

And just like that, Mavs are back to Powell/Maxi center rotation like 2021/2022.

NO.. Where are the crutches coming from?

Lively — who sprained his knee against the Houston Rockets on Sunday — was still on crutches as of Thursday, according to Kidd.

”We can only hope that age is a factor and that he heals quickly,” Kidd said. “Hopefully he does have the opportunity to play before the season is over.”

Earlier in the week, Kidd said the rookie center could be out for “two weeks” with what was initially listed as right knee soreness. Dallas’ regular season ends April 14 against the Thunder.

That's too bad. Hopefully he will be back ready for the playoffs

Here we go a lineup of Powell and THJ and they instantly shrink the lead.

Powell needs to be released tonight.

Ugh just stop playing powell. Just play Maxi or even PJ at C.

Maxi and THJ are always good to brick a wide open 3.

The difference between Maxi Powell and other players is they both don't believe in themselves anymore. You see PJ keeps on shooting after missing many but at least he is confident. Maxi and Powell are the type who play scared now. Such players are not what we want.

Knicks have closed the gap on Kings, it's only a 4 point lead now.

It seems to me that we tend to always be rolling and killing in Q3. Are we the new king of Q3?

Maxi's probably the most dependent player on confidence. When he's not hitting, the guy looks terrified to shoot.

Powell's problem isn't confidence. He doesn't have the athleticism he once had anymore and hasn't improved any of his other skills to compensate for it. He's not an NBA rotation player at this point.

Hawks just keep closing the gap, forget blow out and rest Luka/Kyrie.

Luka just 8-21, seems like he's been sloppy against bad teams on several occasions lately.

Both teams just stopped scoring in the 4th the score is 16 to 12 Mavs with 45 seconds left. Frustrating game to watch but I'll take the win.

Clippers are probably going to lose again no Kawhi against the Nuggets.

It's just a shame we couldn't get that win against Warriors we'd probably be 1/2 game behind them by the end of the night. They have tiebreaker but still.

Maxi's D has been improving and hopefully his shooting touch can come back right at playoffs. It is just a shame Mavs need to have Dwight on the court that long. He is supposed to be an insurance at the end of the bench.

Well right now Clippers are beating Nuggets with no Kawhi.

Refs are rigging the game to help the Clippers though.

This was one of the weirdest games this season. Hawks seemed to hit every shot for a stretch. Refs also helping them.
I have the feeling that the Mavs are not getting a lot of calls lately. Just look how Luka und Kyrie drive to the basket and not many calls anymore.

I don't know. Euphoria is gone again. The lively news really suck when gafford is not able to play more than 25 mins.

But why in the world would you play this lineup.
Kiyre-hardy-thj-powell-kleber
I mean come on. That's embarrassing. Why not playing pj more in the big positions.
Now we could need Richard holmes

I blame Hardy a lot for his regression this season, but Kidd insisting on playing him next to THJ isn't doing the kid any favors.
