Starts today with the Yankees in what could be a pivotal series as far as how high the Rays expectations might be this year

Goodbye playoffs! This team had no business being in the playoffs and now it looks like its over. What a whimper to end it.

It's pretty much go on a 9-1 tear, or watch the playoffs on TV.

Rays hanging in there.....just keep winning them one at a time.

Pitching remains the team's strength.

Last night Price won his 19th, a cg to boot, and should be a frontrunner for Cy Young award.

A's won last night, so Rays remain 3 back of Oakland, 1 back of LA.

Time is short...

Big win last night. Because of Friday's loss, the rays need some help beginning today.

Eliminated last night.

Just win 90.

A season that could have been....especially considering how great Price and Rodney were

Dissapointing that the best pitching staff in baseball was wasted due to the horrific performance at the plate. What is sad is that the Rays had better overall offensive numbers than Oakland who won their division. But you can't play in the AL east and have a crappy offense. I think the Rays would benefit from playing in the National League.

The Rays gave a handful of games away during the first half of the season with the terrible defense, which has been a cornerstone of their success.

By mid-season, the Rays were at the bottom in MLB in both fielding pct and errors made. The second half was much better, but the damage had already been done when one considers how difficult scoring runs were throughout the year.

Winning 90 games is always my goal, so that was met. Unfortunately, 90 wins wasn't enough this year.
