Anyone playing Beat The Streak over at MLB.com? You pick a player every day to get a hit. The first to reach 57 hits in a row get $5.6M! The highest (and current) streak is at like 46 right now I think. He's been betting on Miguel Cabrera alot I believe. I just started playing and am up to a 6-hit streak after tonight. Secondary prizes include a $100 gift card for anyone who reaches a 45 hit streak, $50 for a 35 hit streak, and a free month of mlb.tv for a 30 hit streak. I'm going for gold!
BTW, Longo had me worried last night, but he did end up getting a hit in like the 8 or 9th inning.
