Tampa Bay Rays July thread

One game back of Boston, 9.5 behind Toronto.

It's a long, long, long shot. But to quote Yogi Berra "it ain't over till it's over"

Rays have gone 17-8 and finally passed Boston.

Keep hitting some....and there is always a chance.

The Rays win another one pretty easily. They keep on moving up in the standings ever so slowly.

Rays win yet again. Unfortunately, the other teams in the division are winning too.

The Rays are just unbelievable right now. They just can't lose. If we did this earlier in the season, I'm not sure any of the other teams would even be close to us in the standings.

Yeah, it's now a question of whether or not the hole was too deep before the good play.

Yogi Berra said "it ain't over til it's over", and that is what the rays must keep in mind.

They are back into winning series, and they strung together like 13 series wins in a row last year.....so anything is possible.

The Rays pitching just continues to excel.

They are now on a 19-5 run, and the offense still has yet to have their own run.

Longoria and Zobrist seem to be coming to life, and defensively this team is executing at the highest level.

Rays are 3.5 back of the wild card and 6.5 behind Baltimore.

Keep it going......

I've never seen this team this motivated before! Especially the pitchers! They're beating very good teams... And they're doing it consistently! If we get in the playoffs... Watch out!

Cobb had another dominant performance! Though I think he got a ND. But, I'm pretty sure he's just happy we got yet another win!
