Jake McGee to get Tommy John surgery

Class AA prospect Jake McGee will have TJ surgery on his elbow.

He was the #15 ranked minor league prospect,

He likely misses most of next season .

not sure what to think about this. Most of me wants to say its no big deal because we are stacked at AA and AAA with pitchers. That, and Tommy John surgery isn't that big of a deal anymore. Usually makes their arms stronger.

Currently stacked.......lol

Another injury or two, or a trade can change that status really fast.

I agree about the TJ surgery.........most of the time it works out well, it's just the loss of a year+ that hurts.
