I got him on fantasy :). I made a deal with a guy, Thames for Cespedes.

I do not know who to cheer for in the Yanks-Rays series.

I think Yanks are prob more of a shoe in that the Rays to make the playoffs, so we should be hoping for the Rays to lose to stand a better chance for the Jays to get in. But it just feels so wrong to cheer for the Yanks.

Red Sox BS. Daniel Bard is going to be back in relief by next week if the Jays hit him hard.

The fact the D-bags with that line-up and pitching staff will likely easily win their division is ****. That team would win 70 games in the Al East. Pro baseball just ain't fair, son. They should eliminate divisions and just have the two leagues.

Some AAA divisions are more competitive than the NL West.

Divisions make no sense in a league with no salary cap.

Bahahahaha, Boston takes a two-run lead in the top of the 11th, and Mark Melancon hands three runs back to Detroit in the bottom of the inning. 0-3 starts for both evil empires.

The Angels have Torii Hunter batting clean-up and VW batting 5th. Poor (rich) Pujols.

It's a long season; don't worry about playoff positioning right now, just enjoy the euphoria of a weekend like this where a) baseball has returned and b) Boston and the Yanks are a combined 0-6

Can't wait to see Darvish pitch tonight
too bad no channels are carrying the game (except if you have the MLB cable package)

They paid all that money for Darvish to be a #4 starter?

I thought they were maybe saving him for the home opener but that is not the case. It is strange that they would make him start 4th.

I don't see how it matters, he'll start the same number of games if he was called the #1 starter or the #5 starter. Texas has a deep pitching staff, there's no need to say "you're our number 1 and you're our number 2, etc." It also allows all of Japan to have a baseball orgasm when he faces Ichiro.
