Breaking: BLC named official series thread-starter

Despite the setback against the Astros, the Jays forum braintrust has ruled decisively that BigLeagueChew, architect of several long winning streaks, will be handed the right to create series threads for the remainder of the 2014 season, or until we lose a few and unceremoniously dump him, whichever comes first. We need his winneryness right now, as this team will only go as far as he can carry us.

If you are not BLC and you create a series thread, be prepared for your thread to disappear immediately, for the thread you create to complain about your thread disappearing immediately to also disappear immediately, and expect to become a sacrifice to the BABIP gods at a date to be determined.

Agreed; there was no accountability. Mercenary thread-starters came in hoping for a moment of glory, and vanished just as quickly when they failed. We need stability, we need someone to blame if this goes south. We need BLC.
