Yarbrough on the mound and getting crushed, so this lead looks short lived.

We didn’t hit today.. but on the bright side we didn’t do anything really stupid either .. like yesterday.

Being bad is better than being both bad and dumb, it's true.

Losing to a potential WC matchup versus sweeping the worst team in the AL east isn't instilling much confidence, more like Jays limping in to get destroyed in WC

Lol Yarbrough is mowing them down.

Seattle's offense is predictably mortal again. Teoscar has been useless the past ~8 or so games.

You do realize that that post was made in the 2nd inning when he was, in fact, getting crushed? Stranded the bases loaded though after allowing 3 hits and a walk and has been good ever since.

You do realize that "getting crushed" implies giving up runs, correct? LMAO he loaded the bases! Crushed indeed!

How sad were you that we won today?

Dodgers have now pulled him for a 10 ERA pitcher though. Long way to go.

You do realize that he did give up a run in that inning, right? Crawford hit a RBI single with the bases loaded to the left fielder that was hit so hard that they could only score one. I made the post at exactly that time. Hence "getting crushed."

Sad? No. Relieved that the game was over so I wouldn't have to watch such an inept offensive team anymore today? Absolutely.

the best thing about this sweep is that the red sox are going to take their revenge out on texas next series.

Being in the 2nd wild card spot 3 days after the Rangers sweep is insane.

I mean, wait until you find out who Texas just got swept by.

It's amazing how all 4 teams are playing so poorly right now.

Been thinking about the highs and lows.

I wonder how I'd be feeling now if, instead of getting swept by the Rangers and then Sweeping the Sox, we'd gone 2-2 vs Texas and lost the series against Boston (and Texas had won their series vs the Guardians).

We'd be in exactly the same situation, but would we feel better? Worse?
