A coach can bring a philosophy but philosophies only work if you have the right players. Our team hasn't been a defensive team since the 90s.

We're built for speed and offense. Shaw is embracing that and changing his mindset, which is why he said early in training camp that he wants this team to play faster than GK's teams.

Nuggets lost to the Warriors on a 20-6 run in the 4th qtr. Neither Klay or Curry were on the court during this run, so again I ask, where's the defense that Shaw was supposed to be bringing to this squad ???

#1 Didn't we have our scrubs in as well.
#2 On paper a 20-6 run doesn't concern me with the D, it concerns me with this teams ability to score.

Don't believe for a second this banged up bunch is going to run AND hold teams in the 90's. Hopefully when the starters play more and at the end of games they are able to score

Good win vs. the Clippers. Faried has a good game, going toe-to-toe with Griffin. Ty couldn't go all the way a BIGG concern there, tight hamstring. Team effort won that. Think Erick Green is going to take the 15th roster spot.
