Congrast on getting a potential ROY, and maybe even franchise player in Mudiay.

The Mavs will happily take Ty Lawson, a very good player who probably just needs a change of scenery.

What would they be willing to offer in exchange for him?

I post it to trade and transaction forums, S&T of Monta and the guy DAL drafted, for Ty and JJ, but DAL fans didn't want to have anything with that...It's like they give something of value for them..

I don't think Monta is a good fit for the Nuggets with Mudiay being a ball dominant guard. If he does go to Dallas I hope they'd offer a little more.

Monta for Ty is terrible value for the Nuggets.

Mudiay is definitely a steal at the 7th pick if he learns to shoot. He has all the potential of being a stud defensively and he can get to the hoop pretty well because his strength and athleticism. I'm personally not a fan of guards who can't shoot from beyond 15 ft though. If he can learn to shoot and the Nuggets get back good value for Lawson (those two can't exist together) then Thursday night will end up being a great night for Denver. Mudiay from all accounts has great character and is extremely hard working so I don't think it's too much of a stretch to believe he will learn to shoot

If we are looking at Sign and Trades for Ty, we may want to look at Houston. Im not sure I have ever seen a double sign and trade but a package of Patrick Beverly (resigned), Sergio Llull (signed from Spain), and Terrence Jones wouldn't be bad.

Introductory Press Conference. He seems very mature and well spoken for a 19 year old.

Ty would not be a locker room cancer. He's actually a great influence and it may just not be shown correctly with his behavior. He has come out saying all he really want to do is win. In college he was a championship, in his rookie year he went to the western conference finals. Two years ago he broke a nuggets record for most wins in a season. He's been spoiled and he hates losing. I think quickest way to solve things is move things around him and make them a winner and a contender again because he could be part of the best back court in the nba soon along with Mudiay.

Rookie survey, Mudiay did better than I expected considering he spent last year in China.

As nuggets fans what do you think of him? Is he really worth all the hype he seems decent but is a a starter is he going to contribute this year?

Yes, if you have to ask the question, you haven't seen him on the court yet .

I've seen him play in China a bit. I've been in the field for work most of preseason not alot of internet so. I'm just getting back. I hear the guy is a beast so I'm hoping for the best. Thanks for your honest answer.
