Congrats to Clayton Kershaw on winning another Cy Young Award.

[/waits for Skates to come in and say "herp derp it's not a World Series ring derp herp"]

Corey Kluber with a bit of an upset in the AL taking the Cy Young over Felix Hernandez in a close race. I would've given it to Felix, but Kluber is very deserving.

I think Panda ends up somewhere else. If Scherzer and Lester both end up in Boston, please send me your best knot tying tips, because a noose will be needed.

Vmart just resigned with the Tigers for 70 million over 4 years (17.5 million a year).

That seems like a lot since he is 36 but that is what happens when you have a career year in your last year of your contract.

Rumors are floating that the Nats may be trying to trade Jordan Zimmermann.

I really hope not. I understand he'll be a FA after 2015 and he's likely gone, but I want another run at the World Series and our chances drop off big time if we lose our best pitcher(yes he's better than Stras as of now).

With that said, Mike Rizzo is one of the best at negotiating trades and if we get a motherlode for JZ, you have to consider it...
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.

should have put etc. etc. on that list of FAs.
come on there's more FAs than that. More predictions. More wish lists.

I'd like Scherzer, Russ Mart and to give up Zach Lee for Howie Kendrick.
I'll take Hiroki Kuroda back if no Scherzer.

I don't want to trade Matt kemp but if I can attach a Carl Crawford to him....good night sweet Matthew.

edit: I see Pablo taking a little bit of a discount to stay in SF...I feel like they'll get outbid by Boston and he'll stick around regardless.

I'm honestly terrified at what may happen with the Yankees this offseason. I know they're good to overspend on at least two guys, but there's so many holes on the squad that they might get really, really desperate.

It'll take more than Zach Lee to get Kendrick after the year each of them had. Not alot more, but definitely more.

try this on for size.

I love the guy, and want to see him stay in south Florida, but that's a bit rich.

They will break up the team within two or three years anyway, just trade him.

Trout finally wins the MVP he's deserved for a few years.

Now, let's get Giancarlo the award he would've won if he didn't get hit in the face.
