There has been rumors of this for months. If it existed and was truly bad we would have seen it on TMZ or Deadspin before Christmas. Yawn.

Turns out there is no video and the police report even says no crime occurred. "Respectable" media reporting garbage like TMZ. If I'm Dez I would actually be looking at filing a lawsuit against the "reporters" spewing this garbage. They likely cost him millions.

is this fact? if so, if im dez ... im looking at all my legal options
and looking to get out of dallas if they are looking to franchise tag him

It is a fact. His agent is now the one talking about teams trading two 1st round picks for him now that he's been franchised. If I'm the Cowboys though I only make that trade if it's a team drafting in the top 10 like the Raiders or Jags.
