And yes, we did have our draft in July

I don't think "committee" but I think Lynch's carries will be down, significantly.

He will still be the main carrier, but less touches.

Yea, that's what I'm thinking, although I'm worried about this holdout. Do you think he could still hit 1100 yards and double digit TDs?

Yes, pretty easily actually, they run a lot and run in the red zone.

Lynch has a track record. He's one of those guys you plug in and get guaranteed good production.

Was too much of a risk for me in fantasy. Coming off a 400 touch season (not historically good the next year, for RBs), leads the NFL in touches the past three seasons, and there have been reports that he'll lose 45-50 carries this year, before his holdout happened.

This holdout was the tipping point for me, especially if Lynch misses too much time which could result in him losing even more expected carries to Turbin and Michael. There have even been whisperings of a possible retirement. So I traded Lynch, Roddy White, and Ivory for Andre Ellington, AJ Green, and Woodhead.

I am thinking you can still trust Foster.

Apparently David Wilson may never play football again.

So the Skins and Patriots are having joint practices/scrimmages while preparing for their preseason opener on Thursday and apparently Tom Brady is absolutely torching the Skins D. I'm shocked I say, shocked.

Reg. Andy Dalton, yeah $100+ Mil is a lot but he is a good QB. Great? No, but I'd rather overpay for a good QB than go cheap and settle for mediocrity. You get what you pay for.

Enjoy 6 years of first round exits bengals. Tis a shame, they could make a super bowl run with an average, non-destructive qb

it's being reported that it's only 17 million which isn't bad. i guffawed when i saw the original #'s too.

still thought them and the chiefs shoudlve looked for qb help in the draft

it appears the texans have traded for ryan mallett for a conditional 7th rounder.

i remember during the draft it was reported he was going to the texans for a 4th rounder. funny how things change

I don't get why they waited so long. If they got him in ahead of the preseason he'd likely be the starter now and the season won't be a hopeless exercise.

Rams won't put Sam on the PS afterall, etc.

Saw this in the ESPN comments. Kinda interesting to note those draft positions (I assume the years he has listed are for the POY award year, not the draft year):

He should have never been a 7th rounder, if he never came out, he would have been at worst a 2nd rounder. The problem is clear that NFL is not ready for a gay athlete, and nobody else will be coming out, I guarantee that. Last 10 SEC defensive POY draft position:

2013 - 249th
2012 - 17th
2011 - 6th
2010 - 5th
2009 - 8th
2008 - 5th
2007 - 5th
2006 - 11th
2005 - 33rd
2004 - 17th
