I'm officially ready for some Pistons. Anyone else feel this way?

After the 1st inning & 1st qtr I decided to go out and enjoy the day instead... no regrets :^)
IMO Ausmus should be fired... too many questionable decisions down the stretch (and b4 for that matter).

Lol, for real

I am so surprised our defense is as sh* as it is. Then again when you look at the injuries and how our D line is made of "Players waiting to breakout but are just averaged in real life" it makes sense.

LOL...said exactly the same thing to the wife today. Ausmus and Caldwell both need to go.

Given the way the free agency signings have gone, Avila being sent packing wouldn't surprise me one bit either. Admittadly he made a couple of solid trades (Maybin, Frankie) but the free agent signings were all misses (Zimmerman, Upton, Lowe, Pelfrey, Aviles). You could make a case that he shouldn't be blamed for Zimmerman's injuries, but yikes with the other guys.

Ausmus is already totally a lame duck though. That one's not even a question IMO.

I like our old GM's method, spend whatever it takes to get 5 aces

Not a baseball fan, but definitely underwhelmed by the lions so far.

Media day tomorrow. We're so close to some basketball!!

The Lions don't break my heart. I just never have any expectations of them.

The Tigers have actually outperformed expectations. They're a game and a half out of the wild card.

I've gone to DVRing the Lions. That way none of the suffering throughout the game. Knowing what the outcome is makes it less stressful. You can zip through the commercials and watch enough to form your own opinions (or as much as you can stand.) They're only a bridge to the Pistons for me anyway. I root for the Lions, but have zero expectations. I once held hope that I'd see them be good in my now long life, but have abandoned this fantasy.

I hate baseball on TV, so root for the Tigers at arms length.

I'm over the Lions. Nothing will change until a new owner takes over. Someone who knows what their doing.. Ford NEVER had a clue and we shouldn't expect anything different from his wife.

I still think the Lions have a chance. Tigers blew their chance this last week. But I don't have to fast forward to basketball yet because there is always...

Teryl Austin needs to have a good game, or he's gone and shortly after that Caldwell. I wonder if Jim Bob becomes HC

Its guys like Jose Fernandez that make a difference in this world and there is no greater evidence of that than the impact he's making on ppl now that he's gone. I have never seen so many professional athletes and journalist not be able to keep it together when describing this kid on live TV. I feel like i miss him

I think the lions did a great thing by getting Quinn. I know it's only been one offseason, but he's seems to be making some good decisions.
I'm not a on the fire Caldwell train just yet, but I wouldn't be mad if it happened either. I like Jim bob.
The defence has been bad. Missing levy and Ziggy obviously hurt, but they need to make some significant improvements if the lions have a chance of doing anything this season

Brad Ausmus needs to go. I think Quinn was forced into keeping Jim Caldwell, and it doesn't really bother him because its only year one of his rebuild.

In all my years, I have never been able to count on the Lions. Thus, no heart to be broken. Just cheap entertainment.

Well... nothing's really changed. But yeah, I'm super excited for Pistons basketball. Just 1 more month...
