That's a really tough question. I think I'd go with Luck because he has the most potential as a pocket passer but that's tough to back up when the other two had better seasons.

Luck for me. There's a reason he was the undisputed #1 pick.
Wilson had a great year but let's not forget that Seattle also had a top-5 defense, a strong OL and one of the best RBs in the game in Marshawn Lynch. RG3 didn't have as much but his knee injuries scare me enough to pick Luck.
