Knowing only what we knew a year ago about Carr, he would clearly go third behind Winston and Mariota. I think he'd likely go in roughly the same spot, near the top of the 2nd round to one of the QB starved teams who missed on Winston and Mariota.

I think knowing what we know now, he likely wouldn't get past St. Louis at #10. He looked really solid for Oakland last year.
