This race is wide open right now.

I think the three main contenders right now have to be Mariota, Gordon and Prescott.

As long as oregon is in playoff range, it is mariota's to lose.

I truly believe gordon is the best player in the nation though.

If Oregon runs the table from here on out and Mariota doesn't have any hiccups, he'll probably get it.

But, if Melvin Gordon can keep stacking the 150+ games with multiple TDs, he can make it very close.

If the voters didn't hate him so much, I'd say Jameis deserves it as much as anyone

Pretty weak year imo

He's a very good quarterback, but he, along with most other SEC QBs, don't really set the world on fire.

I just see so much Tebow in him when he runs.

Mariotta and Gordon are the front runners.

Things can still change.

Marcus Mariota might have something to say about that.

And if the Badgers somehow win the Big Ten Championship, Melvin Gordon may as well.

Mariota has a big chance tonight at Utah. This may be a good game.

Yeah, this is pretty much done. Gordon needs to rush for like 600 yards today to even have a chance.

And five touchdowns.

Mariotta is the front runner.

Ya know, I would try to put on my homer cap for Melvin Gordon and say that he's getting the short end of the stick for having such a great year, but I can't.

Marcus Mariota has turned the ball over twice this year. Twice. That's insane.
