Will he be an all league defender in the NBA? Who the hell knows? But he does hang his hat on defense and some day if he gets a shot to play big minutes he has a game that reminds me of Spreewell. And please don't run with I'm saying he's the re-incarnation of Spreewell....just similar skill set.

OK, I can understand that, I just thought you were saying he's an ALL-NBA defender, already. He's got potential, that's for sure. From what I see he's inconsistent in his stance, reaches and gets off balance a little too often, and sometimes out of position on the weak side---all normal for a rookie. I think he's going to be very good at that end and shows glimpses of it. I can see why he shouldn't get much playing time at this point, though.

If they're not dunking, DeAndre Jordan isn't contributing on offense, so that's part of it right there.

Also they so far are willing to keep him around and take a potential tax hit...that speaks volumes as to how they (the Warriors) feel about him.

I. The long run you could be right and he may get cut and be irrelevant but so far they seem very intrigued....I think he's a find and more than just a defender....if we lose Rush next year, then this kids role may increase.

Warriors are not going to cut him until they know what they got... you can thanks Jeremy Lin for that. They going to evaluate his talent later in the season when we have more scrub time for him.
