I'm also wasn't a big fan of the Splash Brothers nickname. Then it hit me during the playoffs; they had a golden opportunity to make it work. All they had to do was hand out those plastic rain ponchos to the first few rows at the end where the Warriors were shooting, like they do at Sea World. You're sitting in the splash zone. And they blew it. An opportunity wasted. Tsk tsk.

that would have been brilliant. you should have hit up lacob with the idea a week before game one. i really like the alchemist for curry. klay hasn't earned a nickname yet - other than "the vanishing"
