WTF are the Bulls doing? Half rebuild, half not. Seems like they are just trying to make the playoffs in the East, and be content with that. And their guards cant shoot outside for sh*t..

Rondo - Wade - Butler - Mirotic - Gibson

Them vs. ORL is gonna look like a HS game score.

While this will likely change, the NBA's cap projection for the 2017-18 season has fallen from $107 million to $102 million, according to Eric Pincus (I had been assuming a $108M cap for 2017-18). Under a $102M cap, retaining Iguodala and/or Livingston beyond this season would be a lot more difficult.

Wouldn't they just re-sign them at whatever salary and go over the cap and the luxury tax threshold since they've been with the team at least two years?

If Mccaw shows anything, they may not be willing to give Livingston an extension.

Once you decide to sign a player with cap space, and it has been stated this is what Durant will do the next offseason, all of those Bird rights mean less if they must fit their cap holds under the cap and clear enough space to re-sign Durant.

It's the reason why Bogut was traded and Ezeli renounced this offseason. The Warriors owned their Bird rights, but with their cap holds, they didn't have enough cap space in order to sign Durant. If Durant wants a 35% max contract next offseason, this whole process will be repeated in 2017.

Hmm, okay that makes sense. They should have relatively high cap holds though so they may be able to find cheaper guys.

I don't think it will happen, but has anyone seen the rumor of Kevin Love, Iman Shumpert and picks for DeMarcus Cousins?

Rondo + Wade + Butler surely can't work.

Just saw some Summer league highlights (I know its summer league) but Ben Simmons can really create for others. They have no wings to spread the floor but the 76ers could have something there

Covington can bomb but the rest dont really move the meter for me. They need more wings that are good.

It wont happen cuz he wont stay but the front court talent even after any trade to acquire say a Russell Westbrook would put the 76ers in the East Conference Finals, IMO. RWB wouldn't stay though and OKC has bigs

You can take the kid out of the Bay Area, but you can't take the Bay Area out of the kid

Watching US vs Argentina exhibition game. Oh yeah. Kevin Durant is a freaking stud! All the conversation since he signed I'd forgotten how great of a player he really is. Now I'm excited again.

That ruthless backdown on number 7 followed by a one foot fadeaway and that block on the layup/dunk attempt :o
