Re: ESPN:Interesting interview with David Thorpe on Dubs - v
doesn't he want us to add a Gary Neal/Ben Gordon/Marcus Thornton type player?
It'd be nice to find a shooter off the bench who can get hot, but i'm not trading any type of asset for that. No picks and no one currently getting playing time other than Barbosa. Really we should be able to find someone in the d-league for that.
Hell I'd take a shot at Brady Heslip who's shooting 53.5% from 3 at 14 attempts/game! haha that's just insane haha (this is on Sacramento's d-league team, Reno Big Horns. This is what Ranadive wants to bring to the NBA. The novelty of it seems like it would be entertaining.)

Are there any D-Leaguers out there who have the confidence to step in and play meaningful minutes on the best team in the NBA? And shoot the ball 5-10 times a game?
Highly doubtful

Seth Curry? ... IDK Ray Allen is obviously the answer ... we need someone like vince on our bench. Someone who can get hot and change a game

I think we really need a pure shooter and creator off the bench right now. Perfect complement to Iggy and Livingston. That way you have passers, postup, slasher, shooters... I don't think we even need much defense from the bench Sg spot.

I see your point, but it's not gonna be someone from the D-League.
Seth Curry is not a viable NBA scorer. If his name was John Smith no one would even know who he is.
Ray Ray would be very nice.

If no Ray, I'd trade the 1st for Middleton, use Kuzmic as the salary filler. Sign JON.

I doubt if we didn't have Steph no one would even be mentioning Seth as a viable option.
