Maybe a sign and trade and we give you a first round pick for your troubles, or even Sullinger.

We'd most likely match, and there's no way we'd facilitate a sign and trade. I think max would be 15.75, and we'd match it. I'd like to see a team tie up their cap space on that. I can't imagine >4 mil is going to convince them not to match that contract, especially with the cap set to get up to 92 mil.

There's no way Green is going any where. We just have to hope he doesn't sign a 3 year deal. I want him for the full 4 years.

Celts have Sullinger. Won't pay a 6-7 PF who's not a scorer $15 mill per.

With the cap set to explode, I think they will go pretty high, I would guess at least $15M-$16M per year if necessary. Over that I'm not sure, but would anyone else even offer it? Green is perfect on this team, but he probably wouldn't be very good as a first or second option on most teams willing to throw big money at him. They just played out $17M per for Klay and Green is arguably just as valuable to the team as Klay is right now. Hopefully they lock him up for as many years as possible.

They'll match. Due to the giant cap spike that's coming up and the key role that he's played in the team's turnaround from doormat to contender, there's likely no offer the team won't match.

the management will definitely match everything, although they will wait till the last minute and make you waste your cap space HAHAHHAHA

I would be most concerned with a one year deal.

Are the Pistons not a concern?

Surely SVG wants some pros as he undertakes what will doubtlessly be an epic rebuilding project.

Not a concern since the warriors can match. They could get draymond but would never pay the price and no picks would be needed fron det

Pistons are the biggest concern as far as money is concerned. He's a great fit on that team.

Warriors can match, but a max deal is a lot of money and the Dubs would take a hard look to see if there other options. It would be more ideal if the NBA doesn't add to the cap significantly next year versus adding all the new contract revenue in 2017.

Draymond Green wants to stay here and the Warriors will give him a reasonable offer. Playing with his good friends, playing with the best team in the NBA, being the starting PF on a contender, playing in front of the best fans in the NBA, and playing in the craziest, loudest arena will make Draymond Green stay with the Warriors.

If the Celtics offer him 4 years $48 mil, $52 mil, $56 mil, or whatever the number is, Draymond Green needs to agree to it first and then he needs to really think if he wants to risk it by agreeing to the contract offer because what if the Warriors don't match? Then what? He freeze his behind off in Boston while playing with a bunch of unproven players on a bad team.

Give the OP credit, smart guy. Not many fans can recognize the value of a player like Draymond, especially when they play on another team.

I read a post from a Warriors fan on this board earlier this season who implied he would trade Draymond for Ryan Anderson...lol.
