Luke Kuechly is playing terrific ball for the Panthers this preseason. Really looking like a young star in the making.

Cut Terrell McClain (DT) in a surprise move. Signed a veteran in his place, Dwan Edwards. Must have really been unimpressed with McClain. Must have figured since he played so much last season, he had it made, and started to slack up. Oh well.
