Game#5 Carolina at Minn

Panthers try to rebound when they play the Vikings. Jared Allen will be all over Cam. Heading into the game, news is that Armanti Edwards has been released by the Panthers. The failed experiment finally comes to an end.

Peterson is suppose to play despite losing his 2 year old son. My heart breaks for him. If he channels his energy towards running to run off all the grief and pain, man may do some serious damage tomorrow.

Panthers lead 7-0 with about 10 minutes left in the 2nd qtr. Pretty strong showing by the Defense. Cam has a TD pass to Smith, and the defense has an Int. Panthers went for it 2x on 4th and got it both times, one for the TD. Panthers have the ball at own 18 right now. Need to move the ball, score points, and use up clock. Tire out this Vikings defense if they can.

Panthers with a long drive culminating with Cam TD pass. 14-0 Panthers late in 2nd qtr. But the Vikings are driving. 3rd down and 8 at Panther's 21. Pass to Peterson and will great effort he gets the 1st. Should have been stopped 4 yards short. Poor tackling by Carolina. Peterson gets ball inside the 5 yard line but he fumbled. Carolina thought they had it, but somehow it came up in the hands of the Vikings. CRAP!!! Now ball inside the 5 with 27 seconds to go, 2nd and 1. completed pass is short of 1st. TO Vikings with 22 seconds. Pass to end zone is caught out of bounds! 4th and 1 and they will go for FG to get points on the board. Terrific defense by Carolina. 14-3 Panthers with 14 seconds left in half.

Cam to LaFell for his 3rd TD pass. 79 yard pass! Panthers up 21-3 now with just over 1 minute into the 3rd qtr. Defense needs to keep up the good play.

TD run by Cam. Panthers lead 28-3 in the 4th. Defense has been terrific!

Mitchell with his 2nd INT and Tolbert with another TD, this one rushing. Panthers dominating up 35-3.

35 - 10 final. Cam finishes 20/26 for 242 yards and 3 TD's. Also had a rushing TD. Great game!
