Game# 11 Panthers at Miami

OK! Panthers going for #7 in a row. No Charles Johnson after the knee sprain from the cheap shot last week. But the Miami O Line is not strong having lost 2 starters. The Panther D should hold down the Miami offense that lets Tannehill get sacked quite a bit. This should be a win. Need to keep pace with the Saints because next week the Saints play at Seattle and they have a strong chance to lose. Need to keep the winning streak alive!

Miami up 16 - 6 at the half. Cam is 10/19 for 100 yards and 1 INT. Panthers making Tannehill look like an All Pro. He is 12/19 for 203 with 1 TD and 1 INT. Cannot do anything on offense right now and Tannehill is hitting his receivers perfectly. Need to get pressure on him immediately and often or we lose.

Panthers take the kickoff and score on a 7 minute drive. Now 16 - 13. Let's go defense!

Still 16 -13 with 6:19 left. Panthers convert a long 3rd, but a hold negates it. Shooting themselves in the foot. 3rd and 22. Cam works magic but defense does not let anyone open. Punt with 5:49. Miami has it at own 23.

Got the 3 and out, but Miami is challenging the incomplete. It might be complete. It is. Reversed but looks to be a bad call.

Panthers force punt and will have the ball back with 4 minutes for one more try. FG to tie, TD to take lead.

Penalty kills great play on 1st. Loss on next makes it 2nd and long. Now 3rd and 10 with 3:01, but only 1 TO. Cannot punt. Need first. Incomplete as Cam was short to open Ginn. HAve to go on 4th and 10. Olsen was open and CAm did not see. 4th down pass is complete to Smith!

Stupid play by defender on Miami costs them 15 yards and now near FG range with 1:50 to go. Panthers trying to run clock but looks like content for FG? Why? Get the TD and win! 3rd and 2 from 21. Do not want FG. Need TD and no time for Miami to try to score!

2nd and 10 at Miami 40 with 18 seconds t play. Almost caught at the goal line! Wow!!! 10 seconds t play. Sacked with no time left!!! #7 in a row!! Move to 8 - 3 .!
