Good offseason, although I'm not a fan of drafting Kontz. Good player but not a huge need for us. Getting Mario and that DT rotation is huge though.

Roberto Garza is pushing 34 with a few knee issues. It may not be a need right now, but it is BPA in an aging position.

Went in a different direction going hard after OL in the draft but im not mad. They can grow together and mold into a great OL potentially. Like the DT. Good free agency, Mario and Julius will be an alltime tandem. Great DL

I love the Konz pick. But I think that Martin, Massie and Carimi are all strictly RTs or possible guards. That does let you move C. Williams to LT though so not bad. Definitely the best DL in the league and best DL of anyone in the Superbowl Game.

I can tell as GM, you believe that winning begins in the trenches! Another GM that successfully brings in Mario Williams and Brandon Marshall. That's an awesome off-season in itself. The fans are happy the media is going crazy from that standpoint, a complete winner. Add to that on defense you drafted a starting cornerback, and added eventual starters at both cornerback (as Tillman fades) and defense of tackle.

One problem I see on defense, however, is that we only have two safeties on the roster?(did I miss something?)

I know the defensive line is going to create havoc, but you just can't play with two safeties. It looks like you'll be signing an undrafted free agent from the scrap pile or taking someone off of the practice squad or someone else's practice squad to play major minutes for you at safety. One injury and you're in big trouble.

Because of this, I have to give your defensive moves a notch down. Likely a B+, but the fans on this board are concerned going into camp.

Offensively, you set the offensive line up to be a strength moving forward in the future. I really wanted to draft Jonathan Martin, I just missed out. Adding a center for the future and a couple more tackles really gives the line flexibility, even if they're mostly right tackles. I also like that you were able to add Robert Meacham. When I was going after Mario Williams, Meacham was the wide receiver I was trying to get too. I think he'd have a really good season next to Brandon Marshall and provides the speed we need with Johnny Knox out. Solid grade on the offensive side.
