Personally, I think the Broncos success has more to do with, you know, Peyton Manning than Gase, so not a fan of that one. And as for GM, I'd love Bill Pollan.

Vince Newsome as GM and Rex Ryan as HC would make me happy...

Adam Gase could help build a great game plan in spite of cutler like he did with tebow. I still prefer a defensive minded HC unless we can get Ryan as DC which is unlikely

I think it'll be Ross or Newsome at GO but I'm leaning towards Mark Ross being the final choice. I'd love either one.

Then I think Bowles would be the right HC. He got a lot out of that defense before all the talent was brought in and he would bring the 3-4 here. Not sure who he'd bring as the OC and DC but I think he's the right guy.

I could also see a scenario in which we Hire Ballard as the GM, he brings Toub as the HC. Then Rivera gets fired after a first round exit and he comes in as the DC along with some of the staff from Carolina.

I would love to have Gase as an OC but I just don't think he's ready for a HC job. He's young and hasn't had much time under his belt. I think he needs more experience and more time as the true leader. During his entire tenure as OC he's been side by side with Manning. Definitely a great football mind, just not read to lead imo. Maybe I'm wrong.

He wasn't the OC with Tebow, that was Munchak I believe. He was just the QB coach. For his entire OC tenure, he's had Manning.

All the "experts" said he played a big role in developing it.

http://chicago.cbslocal.com/2014/12/31/ ... dan-quinn/

This report says we will interview Kubiak (Ravens OC), Quinn (Seahawks DC), Bowles (Cardinals DC) and Gase (Broncos OC). The only one of those I don't like is Gase.

Also mentions that we have interest in DeCosta (Ravens assistant GM) but that he is the hottest GM candidate on the market and that he most likely won't come over if Ted Phillips stays with us. Doesn't say why Phillips is a factor. I guess he wants total control.

Also no mention of Ross or Newsome. But it really looks like Accorsi likes Ravens guys right now.
