[Rockets 2016-17] Game Thread Sign-Up and Record Tally

Hey guys,

As we get closer to the regular season, I think it's time to discuss game threads. This was a routine a few years back during the Van Gundy era, but I think many years of mediocrity stopped us from continuing this tradition. Well, it's time to get back and revive this forum. We will use this thread as a sign-up sheet for those who are interested in creating game threads.

GAME THREAD RULES
We'll keep the rule as simple as possible. All game threads should have at least the following information:
1. Title should contain date, time, opponent, and whether the game is at home or away.
2. Thread should contain TV information and projected starting line-ups from both teams.
3. Ensure that each game thread is created at least the day before the game.
Note: Any photos or videos are welcome, but NO NUDITY.

GAME THREAD COMPETITION RULES
Per Mr. E's idea, I was thinking if we can get some sort of competition going with these game threads. Here's my proposal:
1. With each regular season game the Rockets win, the game thread creator will be awarded a win.
2. With each playoffs game the Rockets win, the game thread creator will be awarded with 2 wins.
3. With each regular season or playoffs game the Rockets lose, the game thread creator will be penalized with a loss.
4. At the end of the season, all wins and losses will be tallied up. The user who accumulates the most number of wins while maintaining a positive win percentage will be granted a special title that he/she gets to keep until the next season until we have a new annual winner. I haven't come up with a creative title for this recognition. I am happy to entertain any other ideas or suggestions.

Simply respond below this thread if there's any particular game thread you wish to cover.

6 weeks not too bad, still 2-3 months to get back and fit for the playoffs.

The honor of a special title. I know we could do better than that...but we can start there. And1's from everyone too. Yeah, we could do better than that as well. But with this exciting season, lets pump it up down the stretch! I'm pulling for the Rockets, being a D'Antoni fan, despite losing tough series in 94 and 95 to you, so hopefully you can know out the Spurs, who I have had a tougher time losing more recent series too, and then you can knock out those cocky Warriors.
