We didn't make a Dallas vs Detroit lions thread so i'm posting this hear.


I didn't get to watch the entire game, but Stafford for the first time in a long time looked like a franchise QB. While the comeback and my homerism has something to do with it, i was referring to his ability to hit WR in tight spots deep down field. The Pass to Duram was a absolute gem, and Calvin's seem pass was clean. I've always criticized Stafford for over throwing wide open receivers down field, it seems his offseason work is paying dividends

Stafford has all the tools to be an elite QB, just needs to display them more often. If he could make those passes more often, he'd be a top 5 QB for sure.
